Newfoundland and Labrador Book Awards Longlist

I was so pleased to see not one but two books I worked on make this year’s Newfoundland and Labrador Book Awards longlist. Bridget Canning’s short story collection No One Knows About Us and Shelly Kawaja’s novel The Raw Light of Morning, both from Breakwater Books, are among the recognized titles. The shortlist will be announced this coming Monday. Congrats, Bridget and Shelly!
